The beach house oozes contemporary beachside chic, relax and absorb the essence of coastal living and enjoy the mesmeric views of far reaching aqua blue sea. Whether its a special occasion or just time for that long overdue family get together, Spinnakers will make you feel right at home.
Inside
- Style: Sandy floorboards, knotty carpets and light wood furniture are all complimented with sunny summer colours. But it is no beach hut, high ceilings and spacious rooms offer comfortable living with a real sense of space. A giant rubber plant creeps skyward in the spacious conservatory and squidgy sofas are scattered to take advantage of the ever-changing light.
- Layout: A split level house, choose from seven bedrooms most with sea views, open plan living on the ground floor with large conservatory towards the front of the house with breathtaking vista, a spacious sitting room enjoys open fires and stone features. There are two double en suite rooms and a twin en suite on the first floor of the property, with two en suite doubles, a three-bedded room with bunk beds and a single which has connecting doors through to a double en suite room
- For relaxation: Find your favourite corner of this sunny house, put your feet up and watch the world go by. A short stroll to Port Issac for a bowl of local mussels and a chilled glass of Camel valley wine will really help engage that holiday mode.
- For Recreation: Challenge your party to a game of table football or snooker, grab one of the surf boards and head to the waves or set up your very own dolphin watch from your vantage point.
- Practicalities: A separate utility room with washer and dryer is on site.
Outside
A spacious sun terrace leads from the back of the house, where there's also a secure terraced lawn area with further decking to ensure that you can enjoy the summer evenings for longer. The temptingly named 'chablis balcony', nestled on the cliffside, is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets and enjoy balmy evenings. Grab a sweater or retire to the generous conservatory as it cools. Please note, the chablis balcony is across the road from the property, not attached to the house.

Food and Wine
- DIY: Enjoy coastal views from your open plan kitchen dining room. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher and Aga cooker. A large oak table seats 10 comfortably with additional chairs on hand. Port Issac is a short walk away where you can get all the necessities, or arrange a local supermarket delivery.
- In house cuisine: Take advantage of your time off and let our recommended caterers take the strain. Enjoy homecooked meals using the finest Cornish ingredients or simply have your fridge filled before your arrival with ready made suppers and snacks.
- Eating out: A short stroll along the coastal road and you will soon find several speciality restaurants. Padstow is not far and offers anything from fine dining to fish and chips on the quay Cornish style.
- Wine:Try some of Cornwall's award wining wines at nearby Camel Valley vineyard or visit Sharps Brewery for your chance to sample some of Cornwalls finest ales.

- Enjoy watersports from Port Gaverne; a small, low-tide beach just below the property, or take to the surfing waves at nearby Polzeath.

- Golf can be found at Roserrow or St Enedoc or simply take to the coastal path and discover miles of uninterupted ocean views and vantage points.
- If all that tranquility is too much for you then take a short drive to the lively and pictuesque fishing town of Padstow. Hire a bike and cycle to the market town of Wadebridge along the banks of the River Camel, visit Rick Steins infamous fish and chip restaurant or simply peruse the plethora of quirky shops.
